Programmes

Three programmes. One method.

How the work is delivered

The same method, in three shapes.

We run three programmes. They differ in duration, in format and in who is in the room; they do not differ in method. Each one is deconstructive mental analysis, delivered under confidentiality and shaped to the participant's context.

Admission to all three is by application and interview. Every applicant completes a health and history screening and speaks with a member of our teaching team before a decision is made. We screen, and we decline — against written criteria, with a reason, and with a full refund of anything paid.

Prices are stated in United States dollars and published in full. They are the prices. No version of this page shows a different number to a different reader. The exact fee, the exact dates and the full cancellation terms are put in front of you in writing before you are asked for anything.

This is training, not treatment. Our programmes are education in a set of skills. They are not medical care, psychotherapy, counselling, or psychological or psychiatric treatment, and they are not a substitute for any of them. We make no health or performance claims. If you are receiving treatment, please do not change or stop it because of anything you learn here.
The three programmes

Corporate, individual, and a closed cohort.

Full detail on each — the shape of the weeks, who it suits, what is included and what is not — follows below. The risk notice between them is not decorative, and we would rather you read it than the price list.

Before you read any further

Intensive work with attention carries documented risks.

This notice sits above the programme detail on purpose. We would rather lose an applicant here than admit one who did not know what the published research says.

In a 2025 study of a representative sample of 886 US meditators, 58.4% reported an adverse effect, 31.4% reported an experience they found challenging, difficult or distressing, and 9.1% reported that the effects interfered with daily life. In that study, attendance at a residential retreat was the most robust predictor of functional impairment. We run no residential programme. Participants stay at home and at work, and that is a design decision taken because of this finding, not in spite of it. It does not make the work risk-free, which is why every applicant is screened.

58.4%of meditators in a representative US sample of 886 adults reported an adverse effect (Van Dam et al., 2025, Clinical Psychological Science 13(3)).
31.4%reported an experience they found challenging, difficult or distressing during or after practice.
9.1%reported functional impairment — the effects interfered with daily life. Residential retreat attendance was the strongest predictor of that impairment.

These are studies of other people's programmes and of meditators in general. They are not studies of ours. They may overstate or understate what happens here; we do not know, because we have not measured it. We publish them because a range you can check is worth more than a reassurance you cannot.

This is why admission requires a health and history screening and a conversation with a member of our teaching team, and why we decline applicants against written criteria rather than at discretion. Screening reduces this risk. It does not remove it, and the published research is explicit that adverse effects occur in people with no psychiatric history at all.

If we decline you, or if you tell us something during screening that means we cannot admit you, everything you have paid is refunded in full, including the deposit. That rule exists so that nobody has a financial reason to conceal anything.

Evidence and limits, in full

Programme 01 · 12 weeks · $75,000

The Institutional Programme

A single twelve-week engagement with one leadership group — a board, an executive committee, a partnership, or a family office principal and the people around them.

The method is unchanged. What changes is the object: the work is directed at the collective decision, and at the friction that appears when several people who are each individually capable have to arrive at one judgment under time pressure and in public.

Sessions run on-site at a location of your choosing or ours, and over secure remote infrastructure between them. Individual work is confidential to the participant. Nothing an individual says in a one-to-one session is reported to the organisation, ever.

The shape of the weeks

01

Weeks 1–2 · Baseline & mapping

Validated instruments administered individually before any work begins. A confidential one-to-one intake with every participant. The output is a written map of where decision friction actually sits in this group — which is rarely where the group believes it sits.

02

Weeks 3–6 · Deconstruction

Group sessions alternating with individual sessions. Guided analysis of the mechanical assumptions that generate internal conflict — the ones that turn a view into my view and then into a position to be defended. This is the core of the method and the part that cannot be hurried.

03

Weeks 7–9 · Stabilisation

The same work, under conditions that resemble the real ones: time pressure, open disagreement, an audience, and consequences that matter. Clarity that only survives a quiet room is of no use to anyone.

04

Weeks 10–12 · Integration

Applied to live decisions the group is actually facing. Closing measurement, an individual written report to each participant including where nothing moved, and a written debrief to the sponsor covering process, attendance and recommendations only — never individual content.

Who it suits

Boards and executive committees where the quality of collective judgment is the product. Investment partnerships. Family offices. Senior operating teams at a moment of consequence. It does not suit groups where attendance is not genuinely voluntary — participation required by an employer is a screening exclusion, not a detail, and we will say so.

What is included

  • Individual screening and admissions conversation for every participant
  • All group and one-to-one teaching time across the twelve weeks
  • Validated instruments before and after, with a personal report to each participant
  • Written practice programme and post-programme integration materials
  • Secure remote infrastructure and a named point of contact
  • Follow-up contact with each participant at one week and one month

What is not included

  • Travel, accommodation and venue hire, which are arranged and paid by the client
  • Any form of clinical care, diagnosis or treatment
  • Ongoing coaching, supervision or advisory work after the twelve weeks
  • Any qualification, accreditation or academic credit
  • Any guarantee of an outcome — we describe what we teach and what we measure, not what will happen to you

How it is paid

Invoiced to the organisation and settled by bank transfer. A deposit secures the dates; the balance falls due before the first session. We do not take the full fee up front. An engagement letter setting out scope, dates, fee and cancellation terms is signed before any payment is taken.

Individual Deconstruction

Eight weeks, entirely one-to-one with Salvador Atma. Not an associate, not a certified facilitator, not a licensee. He teaches this programme himself, which is a hard limit on how many of these engagements exist in a year, and that limit is most of what the price is.

The subject is the participant's own analysis: recursive doubt, reactive patterning, and the specific and usually invisible moment at which a situation stops being observed and starts being defended.

Delivered in person, over secure video, or in combination, at a pace set with the participant. Scheduling is arranged around real diaries, including across time zones, and the whole engagement is covered by mutual non-disclosure as standard.

The shape of the weeks

01

Week 1 · Baseline

Instruments administered before anything else, so the starting point is recorded rather than remembered. A long intake conversation, and a written agreement about what is actually being worked on — which is frequently not what the first conversation suggested.

02

Weeks 2–4 · Deconstruction

Two sessions each week. Guided analysis of the mechanical assumptions that organise experience, taken one at a time and examined until they are visible while they are operating rather than after they have already shaped a decision.

03

Weeks 5–6 · Stabilisation

Session frequency holds; the object changes. Clarity is worked with as a state that has to survive fatigue, public exposure and disagreement — not as an insight to be recalled afterwards.

04

Weeks 7–8 · Integration

Applied to actual decisions, actual people and actual consequences. Closing measurement, and a written report to the participant that states plainly where something moved and where nothing did.

Who it suits

Principals, founders, public figures and senior professionals whose judgment is the product. People for whom privacy is a requirement rather than a preference. People who have tried a group format and concluded it was the wrong instrument. It does not suit anyone looking for treatment for a condition, or for a spiritual community — we are neither, and we will decline rather than take the fee.

What is included

  • Screening and an admissions conversation with a member of the teaching team
  • Sixteen scheduled one-to-one sessions across eight weeks
  • Written correspondence with your teacher between sessions
  • Validated instruments before and after, with a personal written report
  • A written practice programme you keep
  • Follow-up at one week and one month after the final session

What is not included

  • Travel and accommodation where sessions are held in person
  • Clinical care, diagnosis, therapy or crisis support
  • Unlimited access between sessions beyond the correspondence described
  • Any qualification, accreditation or academic credit
  • Any promised outcome, of any kind

How it is paid

Invoiced and settled by bank transfer. A deposit secures your dates; the balance falls due before the first session. We do not take the full fee up front. Full terms, including the cancellation schedule and your unconditional cancellation window, are provided in writing before any payment is taken.

The Six-Week Cohort

Six weeks, fully remote, in a closed cohort admitted individually by interview. The most accessible of the three programmes and the ordinary route into the work.

“Retreat” describes the discipline, not the setting: participants remain at home and at work. The structure is what makes it a retreat — a fixed schedule of live sessions, a daily practice requirement that begins short and grows, and a moderated cohort held under strict confidentiality.

Cohorts are deliberately small. Every participant is screened and interviewed individually, exactly as they would be for an individual engagement, and the same criteria apply.

The shape of the weeks

01

Week 1 · Baseline & orientation

Instruments administered before the first teaching session. Orientation to the practice, to the cohort rules, and to the single most important instruction in the programme: you may stop, sit out or leave any practice at any time, without explanation and without it being read as anything at all.

02

Weeks 2–4 · Deconstruction

Two live sessions each week, plus daily individual practice starting at fifteen minutes and building. Written inquiry between sessions, read and answered by a member of the teaching team.

03

Week 5 · Stabilisation

Work on holding the state under ordinary working conditions — meetings, decisions, interruption, and the specific difficulty of a week in which nothing goes to plan.

04

Week 6 · Integration & close

Applied transfer work, closing measurement, an individual written report, and a written programme for continuing on your own. Follow-up contact at one week and one month, which is when delayed difficulty tends to appear.

Who it suits

Qualified individuals admitted by interview. People who want to establish the work properly before considering an individual engagement. People for whom a group format is the right level of intensity. You do not have to complete this before applying for an individual engagement, and we will not tell you that you do.

What is included

  • Screening and an admissions conversation before a place is offered
  • Twelve live cohort sessions across six weeks
  • Scheduled individual check-ins with a member of the teaching team
  • Validated instruments before and after, with a personal written report
  • A moderated, confidential cohort channel
  • Written practice programme and follow-up at one week and one month

What is not included

  • One-to-one teaching time beyond the scheduled check-ins
  • Session recordings beyond the twelve months we retain them
  • Clinical care, therapy or crisis support of any kind
  • Any qualification, accreditation or academic credit
  • Any promised outcome

How it is paid

May be paid by card at enrolment, or by bank transfer on request. A deposit secures your place; the balance falls due before the first session. We do not take the full fee up front, and nothing is charged at application.

Begin an application Questions before applying

A place is held with a deposit, not with the whole fee.

Payment

How payment actually works.

Stated plainly, because opacity at this level reads as negotiability, and because you are entitled to know what happens to your money before you part with any of it.

01

Card, or bank transfer

The The Six-Week Cohort may be paid by card. The Institutional Programme and Individual Deconstruction engagements are invoiced and settled by bank transfer. That is a deliberate structure, not a preference: engagements at that size belong on an invoice with an engagement letter behind it.

02

A deposit, then the balance

A deposit secures your place or your dates. The balance falls due before the programme begins. We never take the full fee up front. The deposit amount and the exact date the balance falls due are stated in your booking confirmation, not buried in a schedule.

03

Nothing is charged at application

Applying costs nothing. Screening costs nothing. If we decline you, or if you tell us something during screening that means we cannot admit you, everything you have paid is refunded in full, including the deposit. Honesty about your health never costs you money.

04

Full terms before any payment

The complete Terms and the complete Refund and Cancellation Policy — including the sliding scale, the transfer and deferral rights, and your unconditional cancellation window — are provided to you in full text before you are asked to pay, and archived against your order. Not summarised, and not behind a link.

05

Currency, descriptor, contracting party

All fees are stated and charged in United States dollars. Card payments appear on your statement as ATMACLARITY.COM. The contracting party in every agreement, invoice and receipt is Atma Clarity LLC. If a charge looks wrong, write to us before you write to your bank — we answer quickly, and we refund where a refund is due.
