Programmes

Three programmes. One method.

Cohort $9,500 · Individual $30,000 · Institutional $75,000

How the work is delivered

The same method, in three shapes.

We run three programmes. They differ in duration, in format and in who is in the room; they do not differ in method. Each one teaches the same practice, under confidentiality, shaped to the week the participant is actually living.

Each of them ends in the same place: the practice applied to decisions you are already carrying, with someone to work through them with, and with follow-up at one week and one month after the final session.

Prices are stated in United States dollars and published in full, so that you can weigh it up before you speak to anyone. The exact fee, the exact dates and the full cancellation terms are put in front of you in writing before you are asked for anything.

The three programmes

Institutional, individual, and a closed cohort.

The summary is here. Below it, each programme is set out week by week: what happens, who it suits, what is included, what is not, and how it is paid.

Side by side

Which one, and why.

The same method runs in all three. What differs is who is in the room, how much of it is yours, who teaches it, and what you are left holding at the end.

The table compares them on the ten things people actually decide on, and on how each one starts. The rule for choosing is stated underneath it, in one paragraph per programme.

Session length, cohort size and dates are confirmed to you in writing before any place is offered — and nothing is payable until they are.
Compare The Six-Week Cohort Individual Deconstruction The Institutional Programme
Who it suits Qualified individuals starting the work, admitted one at a time by interview. Principals, founders, public figures and senior professionals whose judgment is the product. A board, executive committee, investment partnership or family office carrying one decision together.
Type of problem A pattern you can describe out loud without naming anyone or disclosing anything you should not. Material that cannot go in a room with other people in it: named people, live numbers, an unannounced decision. Friction in how one particular group reaches a live judgment under time pressure and in public.
Group or individual Small closed cohort, plus scheduled individual check-ins. One to one throughout. Nobody else is present at any point. Group sessions alternating with confidential one-to-one work.
Duration & format 6 weeks, fully remote. You stay at home and at work. 8 weeks, in person, over secure video, or both, at a pace set with you. 12 weeks, on-site and over secure remote infrastructure between.
Contact hours 12 live cohort sessions, plus individual check-ins. Daily practice from 15 minutes. 16 scheduled one-to-one sessions across 8 weeks, twice weekly. Daily practice from 15 minutes. Group teaching plus confidential one-to-one hours for every participant, across 12 weeks.
Privacy Moderated closed channel under cohort confidentiality. Other participants see what you choose to say. Mutual non-disclosure as standard, secure logistics, and no record of the work shared with anyone. Mutual non-disclosure agreed with your counsel before anything begins. One-to-one content is never reported to the organisation.
Who teaches A named member of the teaching team, whom you meet before you enrol. Salvador Atma, personally, in every one of the sixteen sessions. Salvador Atma with the teaching team.
Written support Written inquiry between sessions, read and answered by the teaching team. Written correspondence with Salvador Atma between sessions. Written work per participant, plus written deliverables to the sponsor covering process only.
What you end up with The five-question worksheet, a written practice programme, a personal written review, both sets of scores, and follow-up at one week and one month. All of that, with the practice built to your own week, a mid-point review you both sign, and a closing review written by the man who taught you. All of that for each participant, plus a written map of where this group's decisions stall and a sponsor debrief on process, attendance and recommendations.

01

Choose the cohort if…

…the situation can be discussed in a room with other people in it. If you can describe the pattern without naming the person, quoting the number, or disclosing anything that should not leave your building, the cohort is the right instrument and the cheapest of the three. It is a complete programme, and it is not a qualifying round for anything else.

02

Choose the individual programme if…

…the material cannot go in that room at all, the schedule has to bend around a diary you do not fully control, and you want the work done directly with the person who wrote the method. Three conditions; one of them is usually decisive on its own.

03

Choose the institutional programme if…

…the problem sits in how a particular leadership group makes a live decision together. The signal is that each person in the room is individually capable and the judgment they produce jointly is worse than the judgment any of them would produce alone. That is a property of the group, and it is worked on with the group in the room.

Why the middle one is the flagship

The flagship is the one with the least between you and the method.

Individual Deconstruction is the flagship for four reasons, none of which is the price.

The author teaches it. Salvador Atma takes all sixteen sessions himself. Nothing is transmitted through a second person, and there is no training-of-trainers step in which the method quietly becomes an approximation of itself.

The material is yours at full resolution. In a group, an example has to be sanded down before it can be said aloud — the name comes out, the number comes out, the part that makes it difficult comes out. The sanding is what costs you. One to one, the example goes in whole.

The schedule bends. Sessions are placed around real diaries and time zones, which means the work can be applied to a decision in the week that decision is actually being made. That is the difference between practising the procedure and using it.

It carries a mid-point review with something attached to it. At the end of week four the work stops and examines itself, in writing, against what you wrote down in week one — and if nothing has moved, you choose what happens next. The three options are set out in what the fee buys.

Common to all three

Whichever one you take, this part is the same.

The differences between the three are duration, format and who else is in the room. The method, the sequence, the measurement and the terms are identical.

All three run the four movements in the same order: a recorded baseline, guided examination of the assumptions that are generating the conflict, practice under conditions that resemble the ones you actually work in, and then application to live decisions — the board meeting already in the calendar, the person who has to be let go, the position that has become a matter of pride. All three are taught by a named teacher you meet before you enrol, and none of them is residential: you stay at home and at work throughout.

4movements, run in the same order in every programme: baseline, deconstruction, stabilisation, and application to decisions you are already carrying.
2measurement points — validated instruments before the first session and again at the end, with your own written report either way, including where nothing moved.
2follow-up contacts after the final session, at one week and at one month, with the teacher who took the programme.

Every engagement is covered by mutual non-disclosure as standard, and nothing you sign restricts your ability to review or publicly criticise the Institute. Where an organisation is paying, individual work stays with the individual: the sponsor receives process, attendance and recommendations, never content.

Safety, in brief. Admission to all three includes a health and history screening, because intensive work with attention carries documented risks for some people. It is also why none of the three is residential. Applying costs nothing, and where screening means we cannot admit you, everything paid is returned in full, including the deposit. The figures, the sources and the full risk material are on Evidence and limits.
Programme 01 · 12 weeks · $75,000

The Institutional Programme

A single twelve-week engagement with one leadership group — a board, an executive committee, a partnership, or a family office principal and the people around them.

The method is unchanged. What changes is the object: the work is directed at the collective decision, and at the friction that appears when several people who are each individually capable have to arrive at one judgment under time pressure and in public.

Sessions run on-site at a location of your choosing or ours, and over secure remote infrastructure between them. Individual work is confidential to the participant. Nothing an individual says in a one-to-one session is reported to the organisation, ever.

The shape of the weeks

01

Weeks 1–2 · Baseline & mapping

Validated instruments administered individually before any work begins. A confidential one-to-one intake with every participant. The output is a written map of where decision friction actually sits in this group — which is rarely where the group believes it sits.

02

Weeks 3–6 · Deconstruction

Group sessions alternating with individual sessions. Guided analysis of the mechanical assumptions that generate internal conflict — the ones that turn a view into my view and then into a position to be defended. This is the core of the method and the part that cannot be hurried.

03

Weeks 7–9 · Stabilisation

The same work, under conditions that resemble the real ones: time pressure, open disagreement, an audience, and consequences that matter. The point is a practice that holds in the room where the disagreement is actually happening.

04

Weeks 10–12 · Integration

Applied to live decisions the group is actually facing. Closing measurement, an individual written report to each participant including where nothing moved, and a written debrief to the sponsor covering process, attendance and recommendations only — never individual content.

Who it suits

Boards and executive committees where the quality of collective judgment is the product. Investment partnerships. Family offices. Senior operating teams at a moment of consequence. Attendance has to be genuinely voluntary for each person in the room, so we speak with every participant privately before the engagement is confirmed.

What is included

  • Individual screening and admissions conversation for every participant
  • All group and one-to-one teaching time across the twelve weeks
  • Validated instruments before and after, with a personal report to each participant
  • Written practice programme and post-programme integration materials
  • Secure remote infrastructure and a named point of contact
  • Follow-up contact with each participant at one week and one month

What is not included

  • Travel, accommodation and venue hire, which are arranged and paid by the client
  • Any form of clinical care, diagnosis or treatment
  • Ongoing coaching, supervision or advisory work after the twelve weeks
  • Any qualification, accreditation or academic credit
  • A promised outcome — we describe what is taught and what is measured, and leave the rest to you

How it is paid

Invoiced to the organisation and settled by bank transfer. A deposit secures the dates; the balance falls due before the first session. We do not take the full fee up front. An engagement letter setting out scope, dates, fee and cancellation terms is signed before any payment is taken.

How a board-level engagement is scoped.

This one is not bought from a page. Scope, participants, hours, confidentiality and the standard the work will be judged against are agreed in writing first, and the published fee is the standard twelve-week engagement against that scope.

01

Who is in the room

One intact leadership group that already makes decisions together. Attendance has to be genuinely voluntary for every person in it, so we speak with each of them privately before the engagement is confirmed, and any one of them may decline without a reason and without it being reported to the sponsor.

02

Group hours and individual hours

Group sessions alternate with confidential one-to-one work throughout the twelve weeks, on-site and over secure remote infrastructure between. Every participant gets individual time; it is part of the design, and it is where the material that cannot be said in front of colleagues is worked.

03

Who teaches, named in writing

Salvador Atma is the author of the method and teaches on institutional engagements. The sponsor receives, before signature, a written list of every person who will be in the room, what each of them will lead, and their relevant training.

04

Stakeholder interviews, and where they go

Weeks one and two include a confidential one-to-one intake with every participant. What comes out of those conversations is aggregated into the decision-friction map, which is the first sponsor deliverable. Nothing traceable to a named individual enters it, and no participant is quoted.

05

What the sponsor receives

Four things. A written map, in week one, of where this group's decisions actually stall. A mid-point note covering attendance and process. A closing debrief covering process, attendance and recommendations. And an invoice.

The sponsor receives no individual instrument scores, no session content, no attributed quotations, and no assessment of any named person — including where the sponsor is in the room as a participant.

06

How individual data is kept separate

Instrument results go to the individual who produced them and to nobody else. One-to-one session notes are held by the teacher and are never merged into the organisation's file. Attendance is the only participant-level fact the organisation is given.

A statement enters the sponsor report only where enough responses sit behind it that no individual can be reconstructed from it, and any participant may withdraw their material from the aggregate at any point without telling the organisation why. Where the organisation is the controller of attendance data, that is written into the engagement letter and into the participant notice each person receives before week one.

07

Confidentiality and security

Mutual non-disclosure is agreed with your counsel before any material is disclosed, and it can be in place before the first scoping conversation where you would prefer that. We use no non-disparagement clause in any agreement with anyone, so nothing signed here restricts your ability to describe the engagement afterwards, including critically.

08

Procurement

We can work to a standard vendor process: engagement letter, vendor onboarding and tax documentation, a security questionnaire, and a data processing agreement. The contracting party is Atma Clarity LLC in every document. Invoiced to the organisation, deposit then balance, settled by bank transfer.

09

Success criteria, agreed before the start

Written before the engagement begins, by the sponsor and the group together, in the sponsor's own words, and attached to the engagement letter. They describe observable things in a meeting: which questions get asked before a vote, which decisions get reopened, which papers get rewritten, how long a disagreement takes to surface.

They are the standard the closing debrief is written against. They are an agreement about what would count as the work having landed, and we report against them honestly, including where it did not.

10

A smaller first step

Where twelve weeks is too large a first commitment, we will scope a pilot. A pilot uses the same method, the same confidentiality and the same reporting boundary, ends with the same written debrief, and carries no obligation to proceed.

There is no application form for this programme. It begins with a conversation, usually with the sponsor and the chair or equivalent, and mutual non-disclosure can be in place before that conversation happens. Every individual participant is then screened and interviewed privately, exactly as an individual applicant would be, and each of them can decline.

Programme 02 · 8 weeks · $30,000 · flagship

Individual Deconstruction

Eight weeks, entirely one-to-one with Salvador Atma. He teaches every session of this programme himself — no associate, no certified facilitator, no licensee — which is a hard limit on how many of these engagements exist in a year.

The subject is the participant's own analysis: recursive doubt, reactive patterning, and the specific and usually invisible moment at which a situation stops being observed and starts being defended.

Delivered in person, over secure video, or in combination, at a pace set with the participant. Scheduling is arranged around real diaries, including across time zones, and the whole engagement is covered by mutual non-disclosure as standard.

The shape of the weeks

01

Week 1 · Baseline

Instruments administered before anything else, so the starting point is written down while it is still accurate. A long intake conversation, and a written agreement about what is actually being worked on — which is frequently not what the first conversation suggested.

02

Weeks 2–4 · Deconstruction

Two sessions each week. Guided analysis of the mechanical assumptions that organise experience, taken one at a time and examined until they are visible while they are operating rather than after they have already shaped a decision.

03

Weeks 5–6 · Stabilisation

Session frequency holds; the object changes. The practice is worked with as something that has to survive fatigue, public exposure and disagreement.

04

Weeks 7–8 · Integration

Applied to actual decisions, actual people and actual consequences. Closing measurement, and a written report to the participant that states plainly where something moved and where nothing did.

Who it suits

Principals, founders, public figures and senior professionals whose judgment is the product. People for whom privacy is a requirement rather than a preference. People who have tried a group format and concluded it was the wrong instrument. This is education, and it is a course of work with an end date. Where what you want is clinical care or somewhere to belong, we will say so at screening and point where we can.

What is included

  • Screening and an admissions conversation with a member of the teaching team
  • Sixteen scheduled one-to-one sessions across eight weeks
  • Written correspondence with your teacher between sessions
  • Validated instruments before and after, with a personal written report
  • A written practice programme you keep
  • Follow-up at one week and one month after the final session

What is not included

  • Travel and accommodation where sessions are held in person
  • Clinical care, diagnosis, therapy or crisis support
  • Unlimited access between sessions beyond the correspondence described
  • Any qualification, accreditation or academic credit
  • A promised outcome of any kind — the practice is taught; the rest is yours

How it is paid

Invoiced and settled by bank transfer. A deposit secures your dates; the balance falls due before the first session. We do not take the full fee up front. Full terms, including the cancellation schedule and your unconditional cancellation window, are provided in writing before any payment is taken.

Begin an application How the method works →
The fee, and what it is for

What $30,000 buys.

Sixteen sessions with the founder are what appear in the calendar. What is being bought is a defined process for making decisions under pressure, taught to the point where it runs with no teacher in the room.

Set out below: the behaviour the work is aimed at, the decisions it gets applied to, everything that arrives and when, how progress is recognised by someone other than you, and what happens at the mid-point if nothing has moved.

01

The behaviour it is aimed at

Four things, all of them observable by other people in the room. The length of the gap between a remark and your reply. Whether the next thing you say tests your reading of the remark or defends the position you have already taken. Whether the decision gets made on the fact or on your interpretation of it. And whether the conversation is reopened at one in the morning.

Those four are what the practice is trained against, what the transfer log records, and what the written review is written about. We describe what is taught and what is measured. We do not promise that any of the four will change for you, and a provider who does is selling something else.

02

The decisions it gets applied to

The work is used on decisions with money and people attached: the hire you have now defended twice, the deal announced before the diligence closed, the co-founder conversation you have been rehearsing for a month, the board paper written to win a vote. Weeks seven and eight are spent entirely on live ones from your own calendar, with dates on them.

A senior decision made on an interpretation nobody tested is the expensive kind. It is expensive slowly — a year of managing the consequences of ninety seconds — and that is the figure this fee is properly weighed against.

03

How progress is recognised

Three ways, and a feeling of insight is none of them. The written work: by week four the join is being named as a specific detail, and the teacher can point at the week that changed. The transfer log: a dated list of live decisions the procedure was run on, what was asked, and what happened next — kept by you, read in session. The instruments: administered at both ends, reported with their noise and their limits attached.

Where the three disagree, the written work is the one we trust, and the review says so.

04

If nothing has moved at the mid-point

At the end of week four the work stops for one scheduled session that examines the work itself, against the written statement you both signed in week one. The finding is written down and signed by both of you, including where the finding is that nothing has moved.

Where neither of you can point to anything, one of three things then happens, and you choose which: the object of the work is changed and the remaining sessions are re-aimed; the engagement is paused and the unused sessions carried to a later date; or it is ended there.

Deliverables

What arrives, and when.

Every item below is a document or a scheduled contact. All of them are included in the fee, and all of them belong to you at the end of it.

  1. Week one — the written statement of work. What is actually being worked on, in your words and his, signed by both. It is frequently not what the application said.

  2. Week one — the worksheet. The five questions of the procedure, on one side of paper. The worked example is here.

  3. Every week — a practice programme set to your actual week, revised as the week changes, beginning at fifteen minutes a day.

  4. Between sessions — written correspondence with Salvador Atma on the work in front of you.

  5. Week four — the mid-point review, in writing, signed by both, with the consequence above attached to it.

  6. Week eight — the closing measurement, both sets of scores side by side with an interpretation, including where nothing moved.

  7. Week eight — the written review. Two pages: what you brought, where the procedure held, where it stopped, and what to run on your own for ninety days.

  8. After — two follow-up contacts, at one week and one month, with the teacher who took the programme. The month mark is when delayed difficulty tends to appear.

Sixteen sessions are what go in the diary. What is bought is a procedure you can run without us, on a decision we will never hear about.

Programme 03 · 6 weeks · $9,500

The Six-Week Cohort

Six weeks, fully remote, in a closed cohort admitted individually by interview. The most accessible of the three programmes and the ordinary route into the work.

Nobody goes anywhere: participants remain at home and at work, and the discipline comes from the structure rather than the setting — a fixed schedule of live sessions, a daily practice that begins short and grows, and a moderated cohort held under strict confidentiality.

Cohorts are deliberately small. Every participant is screened and interviewed individually, exactly as they would be for an individual engagement, and the same criteria apply.

The shape of the weeks

01

Week 1 · Baseline & orientation

Instruments administered before the first teaching session. Orientation to the practice, to the cohort rules, and to the single most important instruction in the programme: you may stop, sit out or leave any practice at any time, without explanation and without it being read as anything at all.

02

Weeks 2–4 · Deconstruction

Two live sessions each week, plus daily individual practice starting at fifteen minutes and building. Written inquiry between sessions, read and answered by a member of the teaching team.

03

Week 5 · Stabilisation

Work on holding the state under ordinary working conditions — meetings, decisions, interruption, and the specific difficulty of a week in which nothing goes to plan.

04

Week 6 · Integration & close

Applied transfer work, closing measurement, an individual written report, and a written programme for continuing on your own. Follow-up contact at one week and one month, which is when delayed difficulty tends to appear.

Who it suits

Qualified individuals admitted by interview. People who want to establish the work properly before considering an individual engagement, and people for whom a cohort is the right level of intensity. It is a complete programme in its own right, and it is not a prerequisite for anything else.

What is included

  • Screening and an admissions conversation before a place is offered
  • Twelve live cohort sessions across six weeks
  • Scheduled individual check-ins with a member of the teaching team
  • Validated instruments before and after, with a personal written report
  • A moderated, confidential cohort channel
  • Written practice programme and follow-up at one week and one month

What is not included

  • One-to-one teaching time beyond the scheduled check-ins
  • Session recordings beyond the twelve months we retain them
  • Clinical care, therapy or crisis support of any kind
  • Any qualification, accreditation or academic credit
  • A promised outcome — what is taught and what is measured, and no more

How it is paid

May be paid by card at enrolment, or by bank transfer on request. A deposit secures your place; the balance falls due before the first session. We do not take the full fee up front, and nothing is charged at application.

Begin an application Questions before applying →

A place is held with a deposit, not with the whole fee.

Payment

How payment actually works.

Stated plainly, so that you know what happens to your money before you part with any of it.

01

Card, or bank transfer

The Six-Week Cohort may be paid by card. The Institutional Programme and Individual Deconstruction engagements are invoiced and settled by bank transfer. Engagements at that size belong on an invoice, with an engagement letter behind it and a counter-signature on both.

02

A deposit, then the balance

A deposit secures your place or your dates. The balance falls due before the programme begins. We never take the full fee up front. The deposit amount and the exact date the balance falls due are stated in your booking confirmation, not buried in a schedule.

03

Nothing is charged at application

Applying costs nothing. Screening costs nothing. If we decline you, or if you tell us something during screening that means we cannot admit you, everything you have paid is refunded in full, including the deposit. Honesty about your health never costs you money.

04

Full terms before any payment

The complete Terms and the complete Refund and Cancellation Policy — including the sliding scale, the transfer and deferral rights, and your unconditional cancellation window — are provided to you in full text before you are asked to pay, and archived against your order. Not summarised, and not behind a link.

05

Currency, descriptor, contracting party

All fees are stated and charged in United States dollars. Card payments appear on your statement as ATMACLARITY.COM. The contracting party in every agreement, invoice and receipt is Atma Clarity LLC. If a charge looks wrong, write to us before you write to your bank — we answer quickly, and we refund where a refund is due.
