The Institutional Programme has no application form. It begins with a scoping conversation, and mutual non-disclosure can be in place before that conversation happens.

Who is usually on the first call
The sponsor, and the chair or equivalent. Around forty minutes. On our side, the person who would carry the engagement. It costs nothing, and it commits you to nothing.
What that call establishes
The decision the group is actually carrying, who would be in the room, whether attendance can be genuinely voluntary for each of them, the confidentiality boundary between the individuals and the organisation, and what the sponsor would accept as evidence that the work had landed.
What you receive afterwards
A written scope: participants, group and individual hours, dates, named teaching team, sponsor deliverables, the reporting boundary, the agreed success criteria, and the fee against that scope. Then an engagement letter. Nothing is payable until both are signed.
Procurement and security
Vendor onboarding, tax documentation, a security questionnaire and a data processing agreement are all handled as part of scoping. The contracting party in every document is Atma Clarity LLC.
